Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday July 17
Good morning. Today is day 27 of my 30-day no-weigh. Saturday is the day of reckoning.
Supposed to be hot here today, hotter tomorrow. I'm more sensitive to cold than heat now, but even I have my limits. Staying in the AC!

I started eating the protein smoothies yesterday. I found a triple berry blend of frozen fruit and got a bag of strawberries to add. I seperated them all out and consolidated to 1/2 cup bags. Together with the two scoops of protein a little splenda and water (almond milk is to thick) it is about 260 calories 20 carbs but a whopping 13 fiber. I think I'm going to replace the MoM pills with natural fiber supplements too. Hopefully I can stop with the chenical based pills soon.

A big win for me yesterday, finally had my yearly review at work... And I told them this craziness with breaks being an hour into a shift screws up any kind of eating schedule I aim for and has to stop. As I expected, they pretended they had no idea it was an issue (though I've brought it up before) and assured me it would be taken care of. I assured them if it wasn't we'd be chatting about it again. Pretty proud I stood up for myself and made myself a priority.
Today I'm headed to the beach with some friends, wish me lots of confidence! LOL

104.4 today. I am dropping the extra pounds now. I have also noticed that the tiny amount of fat that I still had in my upper thighs is going away. I am not sure that is a good thing, as more skin is becoming visible there at the same time. I think I am burning through my remaining fat rather quickly and it takes more time to build the muscles.
