Thanks Everyone!  In group tonight our group leader said she though transition was the toughest part.  Seems odd to think so, but  with so much self image stuff going on and so many mental process, It might be true.

Anyway - I am having a beautiful night at home after two hours of group.  Sitting on my deck in the gloaming with Julie London playing through the window and crickets chirping - and I was described as being on the "lean side of normal".  Pretty awesome time to be me right now.  I think I'll just be happy!

I would accept that 193 was where my body wanted to be right now and stop fighting it. It's not uncommon near the end to settle a certain weight for a while then suddenly start losing again even though you can't put your finger on what is different.

I hate to tell this story because it is pretty self serving........

But, what the fork.....! I love it !

My experience was a bit different as it was not all my decision......

My initial goal weight was
from 338lbs.was 175lbs.  which I was thrilled with........ done..... bought some clothes..... I thought......

I figured while I was still going 200 mph in WL mode...... what about a few more.....you know for cushion and all...... I ask Dr.C about 5 more pounds.... he said go for it...... than I asked about 5 more.....he said you could go 10 more if you want.......

Well, it went like that till he approved 150lbs.

At my appointment I weighed in at 148lbs. he looks at my chart, looked at me, looked at my chart...... looked at my labs. wrote some **** down....... and said...... "Perfection"........ "Your done..... don't lose anymore.....hold that weight for a year".......... First..... I'm stunned...... the first time a Doctor has ever not told me to lose weight....... And I don't recall ever being described as Perfection !!!!

So now I'm waiting for the magic recipe to maintenance...... I ask for the dramatic changes to make for my diet.....

He says.... "Keep doing what your doing...... Add a few more calories and some fiber and you'll be good..... you know what to do......"

So a few profound things had just gone down to make my "Goal Weight" pretty set in stone.

- Now it's stuck in my head that 148lbs. is "Perfection" (my range has been 147-152) and I don't want to be less than Perfection. (Yah...... Laugh.... I laugh about it also......but it's the truth and it works!)

- My new instructions were to hold that weight for a year........ pretty clear instructions.....I thought.....that left no room for ANY misunderstanding......

- He trusted me with my weight/eating....... He said "Keep doing what your doing.... You know what to do"....... I thought ........."really" .... he trusts me that much....... I better trust me..... So, as much as I was holding him accountable...... it was firmly now on my shoulders......

Oh.... and rhearob..... your so there !!!!

You got great suggestions here !
