Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 7/16
She's baaaack!
How have you folks been? Haven't had time to read back posts, but hope all has been well.
Today is day 26 of my 30-day-no-weigh. I'm wearing my size 6 jeans and they don't seem to fit any tighter or looser than before, so hopefully I'm doing OK. I did log my entire vacation and was right on target every day for calories. Way up on carbs one day only. So I guess I did OK.

Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
Well I was definately on vacation mode with my eating but it did not turn out too bad for what I ate. I had some sushi, sugar free candies, and even some alcohol. Felt like I went nuts but only a couple lbs so not a biggie. Had a good time at my graduation and even ended up on the big screen at the stadium where they held the graduation. I got to wear my suit I have been talking about for weeks and got lots of attention from family and friends. Everyone is so supportive which is nice. They OOooOOd and awed over my wife and I since I was down 65 lbs since they saw me last and my wife was down 30. Anyway, it is good to be home and back on plan. Missed you mom!

Also did run at the hotel gym and made my goal of running a mile in 10 minutes! I know it isn't the same on the treadmill which I am sure why I was able to do it but I will take it! It was much harder though to run the first mile without stopping as I got winded much faster then normal at a 5000 altitude when I live at sea level.
