I was a little surprised because i thought the last few lbs that came off were a fluke but it looks like they're gone forever.

Somewhere in the 185 range. I was not kind to myself on vacation but in the airport to go home as type this and back to my normal routine.
On a side note the nexium I started taking is full force now a week or so in and I have had almost no acid issues. It is very strange after 14 months to not be dealing with it at all. So amazing, I wish I had stopped being so hard headed and gotten the prescription a year ago.

Congrats on goal, Rob. Feels great, doesn't it. Now you need to set a new goal of maintaining that for 6 months.
Your goal is the same as my hubby's - 190. He is 27 lbs away.
