Same for me. Next week I'm going to summer camp with my son for Boy Scouts. I wouldn't have done this 160 pounds ago. Camping outside in the hot weather for a week. Something that would have never occured to me to do.

Well, I am in beautiful salt lake city, ut. I must admit I did miss seeing mountains living in Houston. They have one of those crappy scales that bounces around with a needle. I am somewhere in the 181 range so it is at least close. Imagine that, gauging a scales accuracy off my weight instead of gauging my burger intake off the scale. NSV right? Haha.

122.4 dropped that nasty 1 of 2 pounds I gained the other day. Just like you, the same couple of pounds go back and forth. That must be the definition of maintenance. Eating lean, clean and mean today.

Leah, IMO you are still double century even if the scale went up today--
