My summer in Sweden
Hey guys,
Well, here I am 3rd week in my mother in laws basement, 2 weeks left to go. I have gone up 1.5lbs in the basement, but hey, I have been eating swedish soul food so I am not surprised. I definitely have not been exercising to my normal levels and I can't wait to get home and back in my potato free home :).
On the plus side, I have been going biking with my 4 yr old twins and picking wild blueberries, and seeing Moose and the occasional musk ox. The lakes are beautiful and I did get over to Copenhagen, Denmark to see Pearl Jam! That has been the highlight of my trip.
I am happily suprised to "only" gained 1.5lbs, because normally when I travel it is at least 5, so I am not going to freak out, I do have my nectar protein with me and I am going to eat salmon fillet for the next couple of days!
I hope you guys are having a great summer!
Heather

Is that where they have that sinful breakfast goodie called Ebelskivers? or some such spelling as that. I saw them on the food network and was getting all ready to make them and buy the special pan, etc, when I decided to have VSG. I doubt my mouth will ever go around one of them now. They looked so incredibly wonderful. If you have them in Sweden, how are you avoiding them??
