What a super post!!  I know I'm not "done" yet, but I can feel a slow down.  I believe for sure we get where our bodies need to be if we keep putting one foot in front of the other.  I am so proud of you!!

I'm definitely distributing weight differently than I was as a teen. I think that's pretty common, actually.
