Just relaxing today, mowing the lawn, and writing some more of paper for school. How are you all doing?

Hitting the skids today as up 1-2 pounds after eating Mexican yesterday with gals at lunch. I was naughty last few days and now will have to pay the piper. Back to eating clean and lean.

Back on the wagon Bunny. I started taking Nexium and I noticed I was hungry all damn day myself. I have learned to trust my hunger signals more so I kept eating and noticed I was still hungry even after 20+ protein in a sitting. I stopped eating and then realized finally after the whole day that maybe it has something to do with the nexium since I have been battling acid since surgery. Anyway, point is we all have bad days hun stay strong it does not need to keep going. It is a new day!

116 .. new low today after new low y'day ... something is going on... maybe the extreme heat makes it easier to eat less... I'll take it!!

I'm hopping on to this forum as I'm entering maintenance now. I've met my goal but would like to get down to 145 to allow for some wiggle room 

I was 150 this morning.

Second day in a row, but I haven't exercised for the past week due to a sore shoulder. It may be a loss of muscle and water. Will see how next week goes, when I resume training again.

104.4 today, down about 1.5 pounds.  Maybe all the drama on the main VSG board shook the weight off of me.  :) 

Drama is right. It was ridiculous and childish.
