Woohoo! Vacation!!! I'll be leaving after work and will magically reappear on Monday, 7/16.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
I am happy for you mom, have a blast! I'm heading out myself on the 12th but I do not consider Salt Lake City a vacation haha. I will get to see family so that will be very nice. They are all so supportive. I also get to wear my new Armani suit woot! Will have pics on the 16th for you guys. Yay for photo whoring! You better have some pics too mom!

I guess I cannot really chalk this up to water anymore. I am still losing which is not a good thing. I stopped drinking shakes and am eating actual meals all day long as well as a few snacks in between (usually protein bars). I guess I need to eat a 4th meal every day. My wife is getting worried and I have started hiding my weight from her so I know I am wrong since I feel the need to do so. Anyway, I will get this down.

I am up to 7 meals a day, and two of them are shakes precisely because I can get more calories in at a meal with a shake than with most non-nut foods. (One of my meals is always nut butter or nuts because of the healthy fats and calories).
We'll get it figured out!

Up a pound--needed to eat and eat big yesterday as I was sick (short lived virus both me and hubbie had). Felt so thin and wan and wrung out and felt the need to fill up the ole bod with lots of nutrition. Feel much better today/color is better/face filled out. Sometimes the reserves are just not there like they were when I weighed 290 pounds. Have a good day everyone!
