I am up to 106.8 today. This feels so high to me, but my trainer and doctor told me they are OK with it and the jeans fit OK, so I am not freaking out, at least not today. :)
What did you decide to do about the carb issue? Did you increase your calories at all? I struggle with these issues, but what I'm doing seems to be working (most of the time ).
I am keeping the carbs about the same and increasing my protein. I am now eating about 120 grams a day as per Dr. C's instructions. The muscles are visibly growing from one week to the next. The weight is somewhat stable but up by about two pounds. I think it's mostly water and muscle weight.
