Not quite sure where Mom is... But I thought I'd post this for the day since I feel like it reminds me to be accountable.

This morning started off on the wrong foot. I woke with a start at 8:15 to realize my alarm didn't go off and I was supposed to be at work at 8:45. My power apparently went out last night... :(

So in my mad rush to get out the door I stopped on the scale just long enough to get a reading of 134.5. This was with clothes on so it's a bit off, but oh well!

136.5 this morning. Today is a "full after one bite" day so I'll probably lose a little bit tomorrow. I bounce around a little bit but as long as I'm under 140 I'm fine with it.

Mom got hit hard by the line of strong thunderstorms in the East - winds over 70 mph, trees down, tens of thousands without power. We have power but our satellite internet took a hit. When it came back up, I couldn't get on Obesity Help for some reason.

Then we went on a hike. When I got back, here you all were.
