Jeans!!!

I have a few pairs of capris that are a size 4, but I thought that they were just "magic pants" as I feel like Old Navy's clothes tend to run pretty big.  Overall, I still considered myself a size 6 when it comes to pants.  However, today I was in Gap and decided to try on some jeans (often a dreaded part of shopping).  I held up a pair of 6's and almost died when I thought "gee, these look kinda big" (never in a million years did I think I'd find 6's big)!  So, I decided to bring in a pair of 4's just in case.  Feeling optimistic today, I tried on the 4's first... Not only did they fit, but they fit with ease!  They even have a little bit of a gap in the waist (my waist is much smaller than my hips).  I almost cried right there in the fitting room.  All through my weight loss, I've never considered myself a new size until I could wear Gap jeans in that size.  It's official folks, I wear a size 4!!! Oh, and did I mention that this is just 7 months after having a baby, just a little icing on the cake!  Don't care that it's 90+ today, I'm wearing my new jeans!!  I feel like I should keep the size sticker on the leg as a badge of honor

I know the feeling about magic pants. I have convinced myself that Tommy Hilfiger brand runs large as well. I have 1 pair of pants by them that is a sz 2. But when I go to Old Navy I always have to get sizes bigger than I expect. It hurts my feelings to shop there. LOL!
