Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 6/28
127 Hanging steady. Might have to try a Quest Bar or two. Just went to Vitamin shoppe yesterday for my Click fix, darn. Also, anybody try to Tri-o-Plex cookies? I've had them and I like 'em. Two cookies have 22 grams of protein and they are soft and yummy. I like the oatmeal raisen the best...another Vitamin shoppe find, but they sell 'em at Bariatric Choice too. Probably a little higher on the calorie side than a quest bar but a nice occasional snack.

You must permanently change your lifestyle if you want your weight loss to be permanent. You can do it!
104.8 this morning. So I made my goal of being under 105 on group days, only I was one day late. :) I think the extra weight was water weight from the combination of starting to work out and my TOM. TOM is over and it's been three weeks since I started working out, so the water is going away. I can still see so much more muscle than there was three weeks ego. I suppose, I must have burned some fat and replaced it with this muscle. I can see the muscle in my lower body too now. It is growing so fast that my trainer is really surprised, in a good way, but still surprised. She thinks I have the potential to be a body builder. I think that is a very funny notion, and I have no desire to go there at all. It does seem clear that my body builds muscle much easier than other woman would my age. Let's see what happens a few months out. It's kind of fun to watch the changes develop.
Back at 133 today.
Yesterday was a good day, finally got a raise at work! Then went to a friends housewarming party. Had a couple glasses of wine and called it good. When asked if I wanted more (of course I wanted more! It was one of my favorite wines!) I politely said no thank you. Pretty proud of myself for passing on it since we all know how empty those calories are.
Today I'm working all day and won't be home til late, bound to make me grumpy, but hoping for the best.
