Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 6/28
That's one of those things that's soooo subjective. I know folks who love my least favorite flavors.
First, there are two lines: the original and the all natural. The original has no sugar alcohols but is flavored with artificial sweetner. The all natural has no artificial sweetner but a little sugar alcohol (not enough to bother me, I have problems with too much sugar alcohol but can handle a little).
In the original, my two favorites are Chocolate Brownie (heated for 15 seconds in the microwave, mmmmm) and Mixed Berry. In the all natural, my favorites are Lemon Cream Pie and Cinnamon Roll.

Well, SA does not seem to bother me. I did notice the same thing though. I guess as far as the lines go if that is the only difference then it should be six and one half dozen to which I get. Do these trigger you at all? I know the Atkins bars are rediculous so I keep them at work so I don't munch through a box. I can do that for these as well. I wish I could find these local to try them. Thanks yet again momma!

Had a great day at the gym yesterday. I ran hard intervals on the treadmill and did a full upper body workout with my trainer. I kept calories at 1300, protein at 125g, and really pushed fluids.
I'm going to have a 'recovery day' today, and just walk a couple of times now that the rains have stopped.

Hanging onto my weight loss I finally attained this last week. Had a great 18 month check-up--labs great. I was worried about my blood levels of protein, as I eat lower amounts than most people on here, but both the serum albumin and the serum protein were high normal. Happy that I can keep this level of health up without having to strangle down any liquid protein. Big consult with surgeon to finally get these varicose veins fixed. They are huge now that the fat is gone. Have to jump thru insurance hoops/TED Hose for 6 months to get insurance to pay. I will do all that. Asked about the price of a TT and it is $6,800.00. OUCH!--gotta think about that one since no one can tell I even have a flappin belly in my clothes. Anyway, life is good. Going to stick with Lean and Clean Food today.
