Elina, why don't you get a tape measure and track your measurements instead.  Measure yourself first thing in the morning, not unlike when you would weigh yourself.

It's soooo easy to get hung up on the weight.  We all know that a pound of fat tissue takes up more space than a pound of muscle tissue.  You might end up gaining a few pounds and finding that your clothes are getting a little loose.

Measure your biceps, bust, waist, thighs and calves.  I think those things ultimately would be more important than the number on the scale.

I think that there is good advice on this forum for you and I am proud of you for working out and having defination.  That is amazing.

On a side note I want to know what soups you make or eat when you want to lose.  I have a creeping scale issue and it's not due to muscle gain.  Can you please share them with me?

Take a look on my profile, the soup recipes are there.  When the weight creeps up, I always eat my soups and the weight falls right off of me.  If you make a whole batch, freeze half.  I often like to have all three in the freezer and just eat those for a few days and watch the pounds just fall right off.  Good luck.
