VSG Maintenance Group
Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday, 6/26
133 again today...
Today I have several errands to run before some pool time and then making a "fancy but healthy" dinner for some friends. She wants to loose weight but doesn't believe you can low carb without getting boring. Her boyfriend recruited me to teach her otherwise. And thus, our "fancy but healthy" dinner party was born!

Hi there this is my first post to the group so I guess an intro is in order ...My highest weight was 315 and my surgery weight was about 312. I lost an avg of 1-3 pounds a week slowly and steadily from March 2011 to about December / January I think. During my weightloss I was pretty obsessive about what I ate and drank and visited the OH VSG group daily for inspiration. Anyhoo, I was and still am quite proud of my weightloss but in the process of me enjoying my new lease on life , I stopped being vigilant about what I ate and drank and my weightloss came to a screeching halt. I am now ready to get back on track. I am about 40 pounds away from my goal weight and determined to get there. I am recommiting to clean eating, drinking and have signed up for a Tough Mudder race in December to motivate me to have a serious exercise regime. That said, any advice, encouragement, guidance is most welcome. Looking forward to continuing this journey with you!
