It's my one year surgiversary!  Happy surgiversary to me!!  I'll post something separate for that tonight or tomorrow.

B: cheese
S: protein bar
L: turkey bacon avocado flatbread from Subway... couldn't eat it all despite having hardly any veggies in it (which is a good thing!!)
S: greek yogurt or apple (or maybe both depending on how I feel)
D: sushi!
S: low carb ice cream bar

water: 42 oz done, 38 to go
vites: multi done, calcium/d later
exercise: ran three miles

next!

L: 2.5 oz of chicken
S: 1 oz chicken
D: 2 oz chicken

I think I've had enough chicken. I think I'm going to have some veggies for snack.

Vites: check
Fluids: check
Exersize: Only work in the garden. Too freaking hot to run even at 5 am. It rained so maybe cool enough in the morning for a 5 mile run, *(hope so)
