Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday 6/23

149.6 today... already ran 4 miles, dropped a huge chunk of change at the vet for the dogs (regular annual shots), then grocery shopped, now getting ready to clothes/shoe shop followed by some sun time!

 

5'5"    Goal reached, but fighting regain.  Back to Basics.

I am 105.8 today.  But my excuse is that my TOM just started and I feel bloated.  I have to get back under 105 to meet my personal goal of being under 105 on support group day, this Wednesday.
