Went nuts shopping today.  Bought lots of shorts, capris, tank tops, workout clothes and one dress.  No shoes, though.  LOL

B: protein coffee
L: 4 oz grilled lean hamburger with melted cheese on top (no bun)
S: almonds
S: iced coffee, McD Smores Pie (it wasn't very good... won't be having another which I shouldn't anyway!)
D: grilled turkey breast - marinated in buffalo sauce
S: maybe a low carb ice cream bar if I have anything at all

water: 70 oz done, 10 more to go
vites: multi done, calcium/d tonight
exercise: ran 4 miles plus walked the dogs one mile

next...

Finally made my 2000 calories today for the first time. Unfortunately, I burned 1700+ calories on a four and a half hour mountain hike so there's that.

Won't list it. When I hike I up my carbs quite a bit and it scares even me.

Liquids, drinking a 16 oz bottle now that will take me to 120 oz for the day.
Vitamins - done
Exercise - well, other than the hike not much

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

D. some chicken breast cheese and vegi mixture at a tex mex joint...no beans, rice, or tortillas although i did indulge in a handful of chips. I was due damnit...
