Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Friday 6/22

Good morning. A new personal best for me this morning, LOL. I overslept. Out of bed at 6:23, pills, shower, dressed, smoothie blended and out the door at 6:44.

21 minutes! Woohoo!

Today is 30-day no-weigh day 2 of 30 for me.

How 'bout you?

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

I have succeeded in getting back down to pre-vacation weight.

I've just applied a few simple rules to my daily habits.

Start the day with a protein shake
Protein focus when hungry picking the lowest calorie protein
Lots more fluids
No junk (pasta, rice, bread, cookies, chips)

So I am on day 2 of my new withings scale toy. It is amazing to have all my workout data, heart rate, body stats in one place on endomondo. I am a fan now, officially. I beat my best mile today. Eleven minutes sixteen seconds. My goal is a 10 minute mile right now. Started at about 15 min/mile. Getting close!

LOTS OF TMI HERE...You have been warned...

BUNNYMOM: My bowels thank you! I went to CVS and got a bottle of uh oh juice (my new name for it) and this morning I feel like a new man! Although, my wife has to clean the toilets which is no bueno. I better get a jump on it before she gets home...I love you, I love you, and yes, I love you!

So glad I could be of help Eric! And no trips to the doctor for you--that is also a big plus. Now you will be able to tell when it is starting to develop and head it off at the pass.
124.6 today oh oh must be the plate of salty sandwich stacker dill pickles I ate last night. Knew I would pay with fluid retention today. This weighing every day sure keeps me an honest woman. I don't know how you do it Mom4Jazz.

I lifted some heavier weights last night. I want some definition in my legs and I'm trying to lift and shape my bum.

134 again... Which if I'm honest I do NOT understand.

Yesterday's beach day got cut short because it started to rain, so we went to lunch nearby. After a nice lunch of Tuna salad on a bed of greens (felt very wasteful, couldn't even eat 1/4 of it) we walked around an art gallery and then stumbled upon a gelato shop.

I indulged in some marscapone caramel pistachio gelato. I didn't even really feel guilty about it and it was delicious! Which brings me to, where the hell did those calories go?! Why am I still weighing in at 134? WTF?! LOL, I don't actually expect answers, just confused as to what my body is doing.

This is on the low end for me which I am very okay with.
Yes, it's raining here which I think is calming me down some. Been a lot stressed lately.
