Sorry this thread has been so sporadic!  I'm traveling a lot right now and that makes posting hard.  

B: protein shake
S: black cherry greek yogurt, 1 oz cheddar cheese
L: variety of int'l dishes (work potluck) - yum!
S: apple, beef jerky
D: 3 oz baked parmesan cod, 1 small red potato
S: low carb ice cream bar

water: done
vites: multi done, calcium later tonight
exercise: ran two miles, walked the dogs one mile

next...

D. lavish pesto & chicken pizza
S. may have protein coffee but drank something to clear me out so may not.

B: 3oz tilapia, 1/4 cup diced roasted jalapeños, 1 laughing cow cheese
S: 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
L: 3 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 cup dice roasted jalapeños, 1 laughing cow cheese
S: green bell pepper strips, iced cappacino with pritien powder (homemade)
D: grilled chicken with Frank's hot sauce over 2 tbs brown rice, a very small green salad
Extra: citrus martini
