New NSV - SOOOO Excited!
Many of you don't know that DH & I have a Harley and one of my goals has been to be "the ***** on the back" again. I have not ridden on the Harley in years cuz it was just too uncomfortable for both of us. Well, DH has ridden but I have not asked to go. I've been waiting for him to invite me. Finally, this week he asked me if I wanted to ride down to the hill country this weekend! I am soooo excited! Off we'll go on Saturday and cruise around Fredricksburg, Enchanted Rock, and little tiny pitstops in central Texas, returning on Sunday. The roads are great (have to watch out for darting deer though and hopefully I won't get carried away by a low flying vulture - I thought I was gonna get picked off by one once). I'll post pix upon my return. I already pulled out my helmet. silly furry tail I like to attach to my beltloop, smashable cowboy hat that I put on to cover the helmet head when the helmet comes off, silly fringed purse and frogg toggs in case it rains. This is gonna be MOST EXCELLENT!

You are going to be in my neck of the woods!
There are so many fawns this year that they are everywhere. Just this evening I had to stop 4 times for deer making their lazy way across the road, stopping in the the middle of the road to scratch an ear......gaze at the moon......rest.....LOL..
Be careful!!! Lets hope the buzzards don't swoop down and scoop your skinny self right off of that Harley and fly away with you!!!
