Beautiful people

I just wanted to say that you're all beautiful people - especially those of you who continue to provide newbies with support, even when they don't always want  to hear it.

I was just thinking today of how many times advice must have been paid forward over and over again on this board, how many hundreds of people that have received help. Especial kudos to those of you who are more 'eloquent' than myself in this endeavor.

You know I really do try and help. I just find myself not posting to many topics that I think may blow up by posting that someone is an idiot lol. I guess I am not one for whom you are talking about being eloquant haha. If we could do better, we would, right?

I try really hard to be nice and not judge. I do want to help people today as much as I was helped when I first started.
Sometimes I just don't know what to say.

How you feeling?

How is your recovery going?  Is the pain becoming more manageable?  Are the scars staying closed?  Update us, we care about you! Stamps foot.

Thank you for this post.  Sometimes I want to run away and join the circus, Oh wait, this is the circus.  :)   When there are more complaints than compliments it does get a bit tedious. However, when people realize that I am not paid to be on here and that they have to respond when something helps them, I stay motivated.  Quite often, I just feel like the complaint department.  I should tell them to take a number.  :)

I love your idea to ask them to take a number!!

Im still recovering ok. Drains came out last Thursday and sutures came out yesterday.  Having to we're this horribly unomfortable compression garment. Everything is behaving well and staying closed - no leaks. Just dealing with lowered pain, increased boredom, nd embarrassing bathroom situations. I should be heading back to work on Monday.

The worst part is behind you, it just keeps getting easier to deal with now.  It took me a good six weeks to feel human again.
