XPOST. Almost 2 yrs. Out pain issue like Charlie Horse in stomach
To everyone who has a bulge and gets relief from pushing it, that's a hernia. Those are classic hernia symptoms.
Also, if you wear shapewear all the time, that can cause unexplained gut pain. I was reading about thatin the news where all these teenage girls were having horrible stomach pains and it turned out they were all wearing compression shorts all the time because they were on the soccer team (wearing compression gear to help with recovery is a big fad in sports these days). The article called it Tight Jeans Syndrome -- a name that made me laugh.

The doctors are saying it isnt a hernia..I was checked for one..and this bulge is like a snake,,,it is the muscle contracting..its like a knot that forms...
As far as shape wear or tight jeans..forgetta avbout it! I have been seen wearing PJ's in public as of late bc of this issue and even before this I never wore any of that stuff..always just gives me muffin top so I never bothered.

I was directing my comments at the 3 people who said they got relieve from pushing on their bulge....
