Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Sunday 6/17
106 this morning. Hmmm. That is the top of my usual range, so three things this could be, just regular fluctuations, muscle gain from working out like the trainer warned me about, or I am eating to much. The problem is that it's Father's Day and I need to make a decision whether or not to eat my husband's famous 36 hour ribs. He only makes them twice a year, but my plan is to give up all treats when I am at the high end of my weight range. This is a dilemma.
I will probably have two ribs but just eat more carefully the rest of the day and see what happens tomorrow.

Elina,
I am not one to meddle in the decision of others or to mess with what works for them. I would like to say though that it is fathers day and it is obviously special to him if he is cooking such a special meal. With that being said, eat the ribs. Give the man his special day, lose the extra couple pounds tomorrow...just mho
