123.2 Down about another 2 pounds. Now in negative territory--want to see that minus sign on the ticker. 125 was goal. Now 123 is "cushion" territory. Congrats Crab and Dorothy--I knew the scale would eventually behave for you! And Eric--turn your hearing aide up, I can hear your angels! Off to Zumba this morning. My gal friends and I are planning a little raft trip down a local river here on the southern oregon coast. Would not have even dreamed it 18 months ago. Ah! I keep saying it, but ain't life GRAND!
