Hello, I am new to this board but excited to be here . . .
Here's the one I use, but any old Excel chart would do. I graph my daily weight, and draw a red line at last month's low weight.. I bounce a lot from week to week, so this helps me see that it's still heading down! I have it on my fridge and my DH decided to start graphing his too.. so we have two separate colored lines dancing with one another since our weights are within 3 or so lbs of each other now!
