Don't blame you for being impatient but don't toss your scale. Just weigh only weekly or whatever interval you choose. Ultimately to maintain you will need to have the habit of weighing regularly to stay in your range. Journal your food if you are not and stay on whatever plan you were prescribed. You are near the finish line so its time to stay vigilent. it will pay off. check in here daily. you can get there. Diane
The last few pounds can be a bear to get off, since your fat reserves are lower, so it becomes more a matter of creating a calorie deficit through exercise and calories. Ironically, one can eat too few calories, which can also stall weight loss and cause more loss of lean muscle mass, since your body needs to obtain its energy from somewhere, and that is often from muscle.
