Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 6/14

Yeah, I bounced a pound myself. Odd that we fluctuate so much day to day.

yeah it is funny and so odd. my doctor says don't get concerned unless its five pounds either way. but i can't help feeling that i am doomed to hell if i gain two pounds.  its such a mind game left over from the fat days when our entire self worth revolved around that number as teenagers and such. I recognize how silly that is and yet some things are hard wired and hard to undo. oh well. tomorrow will be better.    i had a good day in many other ways and won't sweat this issue. diane

Maintenance fluctuations are scary. Today I'm at 133.2. This is longest I've ever maintained my weight - below goal since May 5th. One day at a time!
