Looks great!  Do those protein coffees fill you up?  DO they stick to your ribs for awhile?

My dirty little secret is that I really just love how they taste haha. They do though really fill me up, you have to have a good stick blender to really whip it up. I also love the gnc cookies n cream powder I posted about in the main forum. The protein mix includes some milk protein which creates a froth when you hit it with the blender. I honestly like that specific combo better then the skinny latte yadda yadda at starbucks. I put in a bit of splenda ans my protein then blend the crap out of it. It keeps me from even thinking about snacking before bed for hours and it is a whopping 100-200 calories depending on if I use 1 scoop or 2. I tried it first with a few other powders but when I found that combo, i was in heaven. I have to admit though the same brand choc. PB powder isnt bad either if you prefer the mocha type coffee. Anyway i will cut it off there because otherwise ill ramble on for pages about the powder and coffee...i love you Keurig!

I also love protein coffee. I Make an iced one for post workout. I make a single Kuerig cup at night and refrigerate it and mix it in the morning. Once I get to work I make a hot one. 1/2 scoop in either is all I need :-)

MMMM MMMMM MMMMM great ideas.  I love me some Keurig!  I would marry my Keurig if I were not already married.  I am a super coffee-aholic.  I'm gonna try some your ideas, thanks fellow addicts of the mighty coffee bean!!!
