VSG Maintainers: Munches & Crunches 6/10 SUNDAY
B: two egg whites and one whole egg scrambled with 1 T mozzarella cheese (couldn't eat it all)
S: 1 oz beef jerky
L: 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 10 blueberries
S: 2 oz pecans
D: 3.5 oz smoked pulled pork, 1/4 cup green beans
S: no sugar added ice cream bar
water: 80 oz done, still drinking
vites: multi done, calcium/D later
exercise: walked the dogs 1 mile... have had to hold myself back from running because I want to but having run 6.2 miles yesterday, I needed to take the day off

Too embarrassed to list last 2 days.....baby boy home for our DD's Highschool graduation. Well worth it all!

L: 1/4 BJ leftover cheeseburger (top bun removed)
D: minestrone soup from spaghetti factory (looks to be one of the better choices for a pasta place) and 1 slice bread
S: skinny cow icecream sandwhich
Did get exercise in every day this week though!
But here goes today...

I started getting sick Friday night after a brutal no-sleep work week. Spending the day in the heat at Disney Hollywood Studies which was jam-packed for the last Star Wars weekend yesterday didn't help. I couldn't really eat dinner -- I ate a little trail mix and one of my klondike bars. I'm going to try and eat a banana later.

L. 2x hebrew national hot dogs (nasty) and no bean turkey chilli.i couldnt finish the bowl but thats okay i was good. I think ill stick with the turkey dogs, the hebrew dogs have a funky almost dehydrated texture to them.
D. 4-6 oz. Of pork loin chop
S. Some protein ice cream made of soy milk and GNC cookies N cream protein with a bit of unsweetened cocoa and SF banana pudding mix. It was my best batch of protein ice cream yet.
High calorie day for me for trying to lose another few lbs but we have to let lose sometimes. Would be okay for maint. I think but I did go overboard on the pork loin.

Ate everything in site. Prednisone gave me a relaxed sleeve with a never ending appetite....But, I'm off of it today, and today is a new day. The scale in up one pound, but I am sure I am bloated. I feel like a cow today. MOOOOOOOO............................sigh
