Off for A 12+ mile hike (depending on how many detours we take). Not super difficult - my usual hikes are in the mountains, but hubs hurt his hip and is gradually recuperating so this is rolling low hills and some old homesteads.

Going out for a run/jog/walk this morning as well. Love getting outside more. Don't know what I was thinking trying treadmills and stationary bikes. Oh yea I remember, fat and embarrassed didn't want anyone to see me. Those days are long past! Running in public who'd a thunk it lol.

Same as yesterday.

Amazing. I am the same weight that I was, last year on June 10, 2011. Going up and down a couple of pounds is the norm, but without tracking, being mindful, and vigilance, it would be easy for the scale to go up. It seems easier (?) or at least less overwhelming, to work on things at this end of the spectrum.

104.2 today.  All is well.  The pain from the workout is almost gone.  I am sure it will be back on Tuesday, my next workout day.  :)

133.2 today. Took pup to the park for an early walk and have half my exercise for the day. For an afternoon stress break will spend 45 min on stationary bike. Have a great day everyone!

Same as yesterday, yee-hah!  158.  Not where I want to be, but at least I didn't pop up a bunch of unexplained pounds :-)

P.S.  My spinal surgery revision is ONE MONTH FROM TODAY!  I've got 30 days to serious up, quit the little cheat nibbles that are the real reason I can't shift these darn 8 pounds, and pedal pedal pedal on the ol' recumbent bike ... the most boring activity known to man.  No more messing around!!!

WOW so many great posts today and so many happy stories and anniversaries and details of formally-grueling work-outs. We are truly a happy bunch. I am down 0.4 lb today at 127.8. Finally some sunny weather in Western Oregon--cleaning, painting flower pots, planting vegies, just putzing around. Feeling Gooooood.........
