103.6 today.  I think I need to increase my calories a bit.  I am not exercising enough to burn a great deal of calories, maybe 200 or so per workout, but the weight seems to be falling off anyway.

120.5 today.  I always feel good when i am down some even though i am in maintenance phase and not trying to lose. i guess that thrill of lower scale numbers never goes away and the horror of higher numbers is always there too. true even though we all know its normal to fluctuate up and down as much as 5 pounds.  

thanks mom4jazz for doing this feature. its really become an important part of my routine.   diane

Drove from DFW to Tallahassee, FL on Thursday, hung out with daughter & Mom over the weekend (eating totally not normal stuff but staying in the right calorie range) and Mom & I drove back yesterday.  Tried to get all my water in, but it was hard.  Thought I might be up a little because of that, but feeling good about being on target.  Happy Monday!!! and way to go Dorothy!!!
