104.8 today.  I am really sore from yesterday, but I like the feeling.

I love that sore feeling from exercise.  It's wonderful!!!!   And it's addictive!!!!

Went to Anaheim Disney yesterday. Loved being below goal and having no weight related limitations!

The scale has not moved in a few weeks.  But, I will not be discouraged, I will stay on plan because I know that I am a stairstep loser.

I lost the couple pounds I put on. Praise the lord.
Really got back to basics last 30 hours. Got a scare with the "added" weight.

Really appreciating my sleeve now.
