Good for you, Dorothy!! Celebrate in a non-food way. A manicure, pedicure, new shirt, etc are more positive ways to reward yourself. Our culture is so ingrained with celebrating everything with food. Probably, one of the reasons we all became morbidly obese.

105.2 or maybe 105.4 the scale could not decide today and kept going between those numbers. Either way, I am happy.

Feliz Cumpleanos Pura!!! Celebrate down there in paradise!--I wish we could all be there.
128 today. But my abd fat/tissue looks different--like it is truly redistributing in better places. Very happy to see the flab redistribute. It really does do that and what the vets say is true. If it continues, may really not need PS.
