Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday, June 5
Well, I'm still 158 today, but I'm not feeling badly about that, because yesterday I sent a whole giant bag of peanut butter M&Ms down the garbage disposal! That is an unbelievable victory! (Just don't ask what I was doing with a giant bag of PB M&Ms in the first place. It all has to do with a coupon, heh heh :-)
So my stats are:
Highest weight ever: 292
Pre-op weight: 265
Goal (reached in about a year): 150
Lowest post-op (after illness): 122
Highest regain post-op: 182
Today: 158, ha HA!!

Yay! Hooray for making them go away.
I have certain foods I just cannot have around. My strategy is in the trash with coffee grounds or something equally intractable or yucky over top.

Feeling really really good--so appreciate every day. Have a great day folks! Not only is it the Queen's Jubilee, but today is the day Venus transits across the sun (very rare astronomical phenomenon)--if the sun ever comes out here in Oregon I will be out with my husband's welding visors on to see if I can get a peek of it. Supposed to start somewhere around 3 pm out here. Naked eye phenomenon, but wear protective gear. Takes about 7 hours to complete transit.
