 I'm alive!

I'm doing okay but pain management is an issue.   I have a low pain threshold. :(

Surgery was about eight and a half hours - I turned out to be a bleeder so they had to proceed more slowly. But here I lie with a full lower body lift and lipo'ed chest.

Will update this thread later.

Have some of the good drugs.

Glad to hear you came through surgery well. So sorry you're having pain. I'm a pain wimp, which is kinda like having a low pain threshold except less tactful.

I'd offer a virtual hug, but I doubt hugs are your idea of fun right now.

Heal quickly.

Glad to hear that you made it through surgery. I understand about the pain. Take your meds on a regular basis and I hope that this phase is short. Rest and heal. Let us know how you are doing, as you are able to do so.

Glad to hear you made it though. Stay on top of the pain. Remember to take a stool softener with the pain pills. Trust me on this :).

Hopefully you will heal up fast, sorry it was a rough one.  I'm a total whimp and could not have handled it without those pain meds.  Hopefully you have lots of pain meds on hand to get you through.

Keep ahead of the pain and don't be a hero, keep those drugs flowing.  It is easier on your body to stay ahead of the pain than to play catch up.  I am glad you are well enough to post and please keep us updated.  We are all pulling for you. The first week is the worst, it gets better.  Hugs.

Congratulations and heal up soon! I just had brachioplasty and breast reduction/lift 18 days ago. I'm feeling much improved already and soon you will, too!
