It seems we have enough people who want to keep doing this, so let's do it!

B: one whole egg and two whites scrambled
S: 1/2 slice cinnamon bread
L: 3.5 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 cup guacamole with 5 chips
S: greek yogurt
D: 3.5 oz grilled sirloin, a little broccoli
S: almonds

water: behind!
vites: multi done, calcium/D later
exercise: ran 2 miles, will hit golf balls later and will walk the dogs later

next..

Good afternoon. Sundays are my toughest days to get my calories in...

B: Smoothie with milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup frozen berries. Mmmmm
L: Quest bar

So far under 500 calories, yikes! Plan for the rest of the day...

S: A big protein shake
D: 2 oz grilled chicken breast
S: a little veggie
S: 3 T peanut butter

Which will still put me way under, but it's the best I can do today.

Water: 5 so far, headed for minimum of 12
Vites: on track
Exercise: walked 2.8 miles to the store, need at least 2.2 miles more. Will take a walk later. Today is push-ups.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

Working outside a good part of the in the heat and humidity, and I can barely stand the thought of eating.  I'm cooking some 'real food' tonight after it cools off to have for the week. 

Exercise: Ran 45 minutes on the treadmill at the gym early this morning, then gardening,cleaning the pool, and cleaning and organizing the garage

Water: mostly coffee, but  water and vitamin water as well :)

Vites: Done other than iron

Trying Quest bars...Bought a bunch of different flavors from vitamin shoppe. So far taste wise I still like power crunch bars.
