Boo Hiss--129.6
Up another pound. All time low was 126.6
Woke up barely able to open my eyes for all the water retention--hope I diuresce today. Forcing yourself to weigh every day when you know you have gained is a mind-blower in itself and represents determination and commitment (ok, I am through congratulating myself for gaining a pound or two.) But seriously, it takes real guts to weigh every day and face the piper every morning. Eric--do they make spanx for men? Have a great day everyone--after all it is the first day of June. See you later, I am off to Zumba, maybe I can stomp some of this water off.

I was looking at some compression garments on a surgeons site this morning. They has a stomach and chest suit for 180. I am sure I can get it cheaper if I look around. I may go ahead with that just to help my self esteem for now. It really sucks to move to quick down a step and hear your boob slap against your chest ... but it would be much worse to be 400 lbs and avoid taking the stairs at all! These are GOOD problems to have!
142.0 again this morning
I am beginning to wonder if I will ever see the 130's again. I am trying hard to eat right and go to the gym every day. Last time I had a gain, it took me 4 months to take off 5 lbs. Nothing like the old honeymoney moon phase, where you lose weight easily. It's so hard not to stray off my plan when I don't see it working. I get that attitude "I may as well eat this, cause I am not losing anyway." But I know I must be strict and stay on task if I ever want to see those 130's again..
I appreciate any and all advice. Is this thread to ask for help????
