Dailly Maitenance Weigh in Thursday May 31
Is it okay if anyone starts this thread? I hope so...
I keep trying to post in here, but I get on the computer after my husband is in bed. I don't always want to be the last one to post
highest weight 237
surgery weight 213
current weight 142
goal weight 135
I really want to get back into the 130's. I know they say regain is normal after 3 years, but I can keep fighting it!! I am going to be 60 in October so if there comes a time when I am too old to work out, maybe then I'll accept it.

We keep dancing around the same numbers!
Maybe if we throw in the towel the weight will just fall off!

If you keep working out now, you will be able to exercise for a very, very long time, unless you become ill. I see people in their 60's and 70's exercising everyday. Granted, the exercise may not be as intense, but they are there working out. One thing that you should always be able to do, unless your knees or hips give out, is walking. There is woman who is 67, that is in a Spin class that I take. I thought that she was in her fifties. A physician that I work with, is 65-66, and goes to a 6 AM Spin class 2-3 times/week, plus he skies and rides his bike on the weekends. Age isn't always a good excuse, at least from what I have observed and what research has shown.
