I've been experimenting with carbs and exersize.
I really think I got this because I watch the scale and can tweak either or both for a couple days and move the scale around with out a lot of effort.

Congrats on reaching your happy weight. But be prepared for people to ask if you are still losing and getting skinnier even if you stay the same.

size 4 -6 sounds great. You have arrived!!!!
