That's it...I'm done!
I wanted to get down to 132 lbs but today for the very last time I was told I was too skinny.
I mean, how many people have to say this before you believe it?
So, that's it. I am done losing.
I'm just going to keep on maintaining.
I fluctuate between 137 and 140 now unless I give myself a big push for a week or so and then I can lose another pound.
I'm a size 4-6 average and I'm happy with it.
I'm going to maintain until December and then get a TT.

What are you going to do to mark this special occasion? It's May 30th, mark it on your calandar for celebrating next year as well.

I know, I'm sorry!! Things are great with me. Just have a lot going on in life and really enjoying being thin and healthy! I run 12-13 miles a week now. I eat well (for the most part)... except happy hour the other night. Yikes... but I had a great time and I only do that once in a blue moon.

I am doing great!. I feel fantastic and I too run about 12 miles a week. I got myself one of those water backpacks to run with and now I can run farther. Started running outside and I love it!
I went out with my daughter this weekend and ate out for a couple days. I don't eat much but it adds up.
