Going to the nearby state park for a hike with the wifey today. Happy Memorial Day all.

128.8 -- down a pound from yesterday.  My legs feel SOOO  much better than they have in a week or so.

We're seeing some of the rain from Beryl, so it's kind of a dreary, muggy holiday.  I just got back from the gym. Hopefully things will clear up some so we can BBQ this afternoon.  Going to see MIB3 while it's still blah outside.

still at 120.5.   so boring and so pleasant at the same time. don't know what i did to deserve stability. one thing - it seems my restriction has sort of reawakened after it seemed to have slacked off for awhile. that sneaky little sleeve asserts itself just when you think its goofing off. grateful to feel restriction and know sleeve is on the job.  going to a barbeque today and will have grilled chicken and skip potato salad. the evil dessert queen will be in attendance. i will have a few bites.    diane

I really need to be accountable and I'm hoping to check in here every day now.

I am at 142. I am trying to get back into the 130's again. I've been really watching what I eat after realizing I can't keep skating in maintenance anymore.

 131.  I didn't gain anything while on vacation for 2 weeks.  I walked as much as I could and took the stairs while on the cruise ship.  It worked.
