OT ... 39 years ... wow!

Can't believe it was 39 years ago that I married the love of my life!

We had a wonderful day. Had breakfast at our local Grange with a group of long time friends. Then drinks and snacks in the late afternoon with our great neighbors and their family.

Met our daughter, her boyfriend, and my best friend at our favorite wine place, "Two Doors Down" for ... what else .. wine!

Then we had dinner at "Brick & Fire", a wonderful little bistro (yes, 2 doors up from the wine place). We had an absolutely great dinner. There were 2 cards at our table, one was a gift cert for dinner the other was the cutest card, both from my best friend and her daughter (our waitress). We definitely left a good tip, the food was yummy and the staff were absolutely great!

Congratulations to you both, its wonderful to find someone that will take your crap that long haha. Only at about 10 years here but she is wonderful. Sounds like you guys had a wonderful day. Now thanks to the surgery in part you will have many more healthy years together!

It is actually 2 doors down from Brick & Fire and owned by the same people as B&F. Great little wine bar and they also have a food menu with choice items (appetizers, pizza, etc.) from B&F.

It is our newest favorite place!
