What are you eating ....
Typically I try to hold the Calories to 1200 a day with 60-90g of Protein and think of it as FUEL.
I start all weekdays off with a McDonald's Large Non_Fat Latte with Sugar Free Vanilla flavoring and later a non -Sugar Nesquick Hot Chocolate drink with Dry Skim Milh and Whey Protein Chocolate to give me a big Protein Boost in the mornings,
For lunch I typically consume a Pure Protein Bar with 20g of Protein during my lunch walk about, My afternoon snack is a 100 Calorie Microwave Pop Corn bag.
For Dinner typically I consume either a Chili, Brunswick Stew, or Hot and Sour Soup. For Evening Snack I get 1 serving of No-Sugar added Publix Ice Cream and maybe another 100 Calorie Pop Corn treat. I also use Animal Crackers on occasion.
So far I have held on to 175 lbs of my original 186 lbs weight loss based on the before referenced 1200 Calorie diet and lots of Walking everyday. I average between 10,000 to 12,000 steps each day. I am considering starting resistance training and yoga just to add some variety.
