Rockin 140.0 for the third day in a row.

Here's hoping I'm finally getting the hang of this maintenance thing!

didn't weigh today. i was out of town. tomorrow should be interesting.

Mikey, seems like just when that scale creeps up for no known reason and you get alarmed, thats about the time it pivots. if you have strayed you know what to do but Elina could be right its water and such. And I remember when you were worried and didn't want to go below 200!!!!! You will get to where you want to be I know it. Diane

I'm pretty comfortable around 195.

I really thing it's more or less swelling from the plastics. My skin still feels wierd. Sometimes I can really feel it stretching as if it's too tight for my body.

I don't want to go below 190 or above 200.
