Beef. It's what's for dinner.
I, too, don't like exercising or working out. I do, however, like yoga, playing tennis, walking the dog, hiking, parking at the far end of the parking lot, taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
I hope that I will be able to lose and then maintain doing those things rather than exercising and/or working out!

Congrats !!!
I've watched you from the beginning and I knew at about the -60lbs. mark that you were gonna do well !!!
Your maintenance plan is just about what I've been doing.......not so much bacon for me and I like to stay active with low impact activities (30-60 minute durations) without having to call it a "Workout" or "Exercise" History tells me I can't sustain the gym thing or do the running......although I do have a treadmill and StairMaster in front of a TV mostly for winter months. Walking, bicycle and just added Long Board (skate) are about my mix for stayin active.
Way to go !!!
