Beef. It's what's for dinner.
Congrats sir, wonderful feeling isn't it? On a side note I would love to hear some long term plans. I am still figuring that out for myself. I have kind of just meandered into my current method which is oddly unlike me and probably a poor plan for success. Perhaps i should have made a new post. Or better yet taken my own advice and did a search. Anyone know of a way to search in just this forum?
Hey Eric- best way to search OH, is to use Google to search and skip OH's useless search bar by doing this:
Topic of interest site:http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/VSGM/discussion
This works for any forums or groups so much better- just put the subject you wish to search first, then "site" then the specific forum addy.. it will search only that forum or group.
So for VSG main it would be:
subject you want to look up site:http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/vsg

My plan for maintenance is to keep it simple and not overthink it. At this point, I'm going to keep up what I'm doing and see how much more weight comes off. It's hard to tell if what's left is skin or fat.
I'm going to stick with protein, fat, coffee and vegetables... in that order. Bacon, beef and strong coffee have been lifesavers. I don't work out. Can't... won't do it. But I stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
It's what works for *me*. This experience is unique to every individual. One thing, however, is universal: You get out of it what you put in to it.
