just want to share
how frusterated I am... my weight teeters between 163 and 170 about every other day and it drives me crazy, I check on two scales... so its not my scale!! today I was 168..I am 1 yr and 7 months out and I have desided to try to get to my surgeons goal of 145 just because I am teetering so much now, that if i get that low it give me some day to day le-way...im soo annoyed!!
I do the exact same thing..two scales and all. I teeter but the last couple of months I have hit my lowest low. I get about 5-7 lbs from my normal bmi weight and bam..TOM...add on 5 lbs...then start all over again at the lowest. It is a bit frustrating I must say but I keep sticking with what I am doing. I do shake up my gym routine to try and crank up my loss but it is having a hard time letting go.
I am the same 1yr 7mos too. Hard to believe I am living like this and so "ABLE" to do all the things I have thought of doing in my mind. It has been years since I have worn dresses...LOVE IT:)

HOLY COW!!!! Hello all my fellow Sept/Oct 2010 sleevers!!!!!!!
I am trying my hardest to get down to 135-140. Increased exercise is making a difference. I'm losing inches this week.
I don't do much scale bouncing. At the most, when it happens, it's only by 1-2 pounds.
It seems to take an act of God now to lose pounds on the scale.
