Should I start panicking?

This happened to me at 3 years out...7 lbs over just a couple of weeks with no explanation. And it was real weight--I know this because I've been fighting it since then for 2 years! But the good news is that it wasn't a trend. I gained those 7 lbs., stabilized and have not gained any more.  I DID find out that I was hypothyroid, so do get that checked out, but the weight didn't drop off once I started taking the meds. I did have my hernia repair recently and because I couldn't eat for a good month, I lost 5 lbs--and I'm hoping that with my thyroid levels now in a good range that I will keep them off.

don't panic. do what you are doing and you will be fine. i had a week where i gained a half pound a day for no reason i could discern. then some backed off and it stableized. no clue why. bet it does for you too. if your clothes feel the same it could be new muscle. congrats. diane

Don't panic is good advice! This happened to me, and we are at the same point (7/28/12). My Dr put me back on Metformin (I also take Victoza daily) and I am losing the weight I began regaining. I also got rid of the sliders, in place put dense protein. Less hungry and weight moving down...
